- or contacting any party or User other than as allowed through the Services.
The securities offered on this Website, except where otherwise indicated, may only be purchased by Accredited Investors, as defined by Rule 501 of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Federal law and regulations restrict investment in any of the securities offerings by non-accredited investors. Before you can invest in any securities offerings on the Website, you must register with the Platform and qualify as an “Accredited Investor”, except where otherwise indicated.
